Ms Khurana’s introduction to YOGA – “Yoga encompasses ambition, bravery and kindness. We have to be brave as we try different postures and this leads to being ambitious as we strive towards a goal as well as always being kind to our bodies and minds.”

Safety First! NEVER perform exercises if you are unsure of the correct technique or you have an injury. Make sure you perform the number of repetitions/length of time that is suitable for your fitness level. You must perform a warm up before exercises to avoid injury. Work in a clear space. Stay hydrated!
