Parents’ Meeting

Solihull Parent Carer Voice and Alderbrook SEN department will be holding their next meeting on Tuesday 30th April, at 9.15 am until 10.15 am, in Cartwright Hall at Alderbrook School.  The purpose of the meeting is for parents/carers, Alderbrook’s SEN department and SPCV to work together to improve our school and the outcomes for our children and young people.

‘Understanding your child with additional needs’

A new online course for parents.

This online course is for parents, relatives and friends of children who have a physical or learning disability, or may have autistic traits. In the UK, you may be within the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) system. Some parents describe their child as differently abled, or neuroatypical.

Supported Internship Drop-In Event

Our Voices Heard

A great chance for our young people with SEND to get together with other young poeple with SEND and chat in a safe space. 
 
A young person participation group for those with a SEND or disability between the ages of 0-25 living ar attending school in Solihull. It’s a chance to meet other young people with relaxation activities, art, garden-craft and a bit to eat. 
 
There will be time for you to chat about things important to you and what you would like to change.
 
Your voice should be heard.
