At Alderbrook we are a thriving, successful, vibrant and energetic community demonstrating a common purpose – to ensure the very best for our students. Our aim is to be an ambitious, brave and kind community, and we are proud to be a truly comprehensive school providing an education of a high quality for all our students.
Alderbrook is an inclusive mainstream secondary school. We have 1500 students which includes a sixth form and an additionally resourced provision for students with Autism. The Student Development Department supports teaching and learning throughout the school. We provide support for all students and in particular those who experience barriers to their learning or who may have a specific learning difficulty, special educational need or disability.
We are committed to ensuring that all of our students have full access to a broad curriculum and are able to enjoy all the resources and opportunities available at this school.
