Resits and Appeals

If you are unhappy with your results, we strongly advise you to consider re-sitting the papers in the Autumn series, which will give you the opportunity to take the highest grade you have achieved.

If, however, you want to consider appealing your summer assessment grade for any subject, read this letter very carefully.  Grades can go down as well as up:

Summer Appeals Letter

If you choose to proceed, please find the JCQ Appeals Form here.  Read the overview carefully taking note of the school dates and complete the interactive Stage One Centre Review section.   You will need to include our centre name : Alderbrook School and our centre number : 20736.

Students need to appeal themselves, using their school email address.

On completion, please rename – appeal{candidate name and number}.pdf – save the entire file, then email it to : [email protected]
