INSIDE OUT DAY

Alderbrook has joined in the first ever mental health and wellbeing festival for schools which in the current climate is more important than ever!

We know that the past few weeks have not been easy. You have adapted to a new way of life and you have worked very hard.

We have set a day aside for you to look after yourself and your mental health.

WELL-BEING WEBINARS

 

Years 7, 8 and 9 @10am

MINDFIT : please join a special session just for Alderbrook students (via your Teams calendar) . MINDFIT will lead a workout online so come prepared in sporty/ comfy clothes.  Students will have to have their camera and microphones turned OFF for the session.  

Years 10 – 13 @2pm

KOOTH : please join a special session just for Alderbrook students (via your Teams calendar) . KOOTH will lead a session discussing strategies for dealing with anxiety and exam stress. Students will have to have their camera and microphones turned OFF for the session.
