Alderbrook Community has been set up to provide parents and carers with a route to becoming more involved with school.
The aims are:
Evening meetings are held to discuss issues, ideas and suggestions. The topics for discussion will be decided based on what you, the parents and carers, want to see discussed, and also any topics that the school wants feedback about. The topics for discussion are completely open: they might relate to the curriculum, school lunches, afterschool clubs, and so on.
Opportunities to volunteer in the school will be offered to parents and carers. For example, helping out back-stage at drama productions, setting up the hall for events or running a coffee morning for new parents.
Date of next meeting: 13th November 2019 in The Gantry Theatre
